Christmas Angel Program Registration:
Open registration for City of Phoenix residents will be conducted from Monday, November 3, 2008 through Friday, November 7, 2008 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Registration is located at 2702 E. Washington Street Phoenix, AZ 85034. You may only register your birth children or children for whom you have custody. You must bring the following information with you to register. If you do not have any of the following items you will not be able to register.
- Valid picture identification (drivers license, school ID, state issued ID card)
- Proof of valid Phoenix address in the form of a current lease or mortgage payment receipt for October or November
- Contact phone number
- Proof of income for each parent in household (pay stub, TANF Award Letter, notarized statement from employer etc.)
- Original birth certificates for each child 12 years old or younger or legal custody/guardianship papers or notarized letter from the parent granting temporary custody (DES or AHCCCS Award Letter)
Registration will be on a first come, first serve basis. If you are not a City of Phoenix resident call your local Salvation Army for Christmas programs in your city.

3TV and The Salvation Army are teaming up with the Phoenix Suns to present the Turkey Drive on November 20th as the Suns take on the L.A. Lakers!
Bring a frozen turkey to the game and drop it off at the Big Guy Turkey Drive booth on the plaza of US Airways Arena. Can't bring a turkey? Cash donations will also be accepted to help the Salvation Army provide Thanksgiving dinners to the Valley's neediest.
Want to hold your own turkey drive? We are asking boy and girl scout troops, church groups and school groups to come together and hold their own turkey drives before the Big Guy Turkey Drive. Then on November 20th come down and deliver your turkeys and donations to the Big Guy himself.
